YES, we have our website up!!! Special thanks to Content Creations and a lot of hard work by friends and family. And, if you are reading this page online – congratulations – you have found our site. So, please do some shopping while you are here and sign up for our email list.

3. Do you have any products that are not on the website?
Maybe. We update and tweak our product list throughout the year. If you’ve seen one of our items but don’t see it online we may be sold out temporarily. It’s also possible that we inadvertently left the item off the product list or that someone isn’t doing their job. Sorry! Send us an email and we will be happy to let you know availability.
4. When is your busy season? When might it take longer to ship?
November – December is our busiest season. The addition of our spring products and the wedding season are a close second. We’ll do our best to post notices on our website of any significant issues. We’re committed to customer satisfaction so please contact us with questions or concerns regarding order completion.
5. Where do you ship from?
Your order is shipped from Birmingham, Alabama. Check your box for spiders and smog. Rain delay concerns have been eliminated since it doesn’t do that here anymore.
6. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Because our merchandise is individually personalized, most orders take 7-14 business days to complete plus shipping time. Large orders may take a bit longer.
If you need your item sooner than 3 weeks, we do offer rush processing for an additional fee. Please Phone or Email these Special Orders in. We will need a deadline for receiving the products when you order.
7. What is your Return Policy?
Personalized items cannot be returned because they are, well, personalized. Of course, exceptions are made in the unlikely event of an error on the part of we’re N stitches or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be reported and approved by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot credit shipping and handling.
8. In what order should initials be monogrammed?
we’re N stitches sews the traditional three initial Monogram style. The last name initial is the larger initial in the middle of the monogram (i.e. Kelsey Brooke Creel would be sewn as KCB with the C being the larger letter in the center. Please carefully review the initials you have entered. If you have any questions feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
9. Will you sell my private, personal and confidential secrets for monetary gain?
If the National Inquirer offers us seven figures for your real middle name? Absolutely.
Politically Correct and Official answer: All information collected from our customers, voluntarily through our website and/or email will be used solely by we’reNstitches for internal purposes only and will not be published, sold or transferred in any way to any third parties.
10. Do you ship to the Republic of Kazakhstan?
we’re N stitches does not ship internationally or to PO box addresses at this time. We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including AK & HI).
11. I need a cute & yummy cake for my child’s birthday party, is Mr. Freddy still baking?
Yes, Freddy’s Catering is still going strong! We haven’t figured out how to process cake orders online yet so just give us a call.
12. My order is for a wedding gift…..do you offer gift wrapping? And gift shipping?
we’re N stitches is pleased to offer gift wrapping and gift shipping services for most items on our site. Baby, Wedding, Birthday, Christmas, or all-occasion wrapping paper is available for $5 each. Price includes a ribbon and gift enclosure card.
